Business Sweden is a merger between the Swedish Trade Council and Invest Sweden. One of its assignments is to make it easier for Swedish companies to reach international markets and to create opportunities for Swedish businesses to grow internationally. Our role is to make Sweden more attractive to do business with.

Business Sweden in Lithuania is a part of the Baltic States Unit which supports Swedish companies wanting to establish and grow in the Baltic market. We have been present in the Baltic States since 1993 with offices in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn.

During the period that Business Sweden has been active in the Baltic States, Sweden has grown into one of the largest foreign investors in the region.

We make it easier for Swedish companies in all phases of its international expansion from establishing strategy to practical questions regarding establishment support. For us, nothing is out of the ordinary, if it enables us to offer your company tools to develop itself even further.

Business Sweden is jointly owned by the Swedish government and the private business. The Swedish government is represented by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the private business by the Swedish Foreign Trade Association. The public-private structure enables Business Sweden to open doors at all levels and offer a full spectrum of services, support and contacts to promote Swedish trade abroad and investments in Sweden.
