On 22 March 2018, law firm TGS Baltic and the Association of Lithuanian Banks (the ALB) signed a cooperation agreement. The partnership confirmed by signatures of Mantas Zalatorius, President of the ALB, and Vilius Bernatonis, Partner at TGS Baltic, Head of the Banking and Finance Department, came as a result of long-term cooperation of the organizations.
“Having signed the cooperation agreement with the Association of Lithuanian Banks, we continue mutually beneficial and meaningful cooperation of the organizations. The obligations that the parties have assumed today make it possible for the law firm to share its legal experience and in this way to contribute to improvement of legal environment for Lithuanian banks.
