European Merchant Bank provides modern financial solutions to business customers, who intend to increase their business and trade volumes. The bank, established in Lithuania, provides easily accessible banking services to corporate clients and primarily focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises, merchants developing business in local and international markets. 100 per cent of shares of European Merchant Bank is controlled by Ozan Ozerk, a Norwegian citizen, who actively invests in fintech service businesses and their development. By the end of July 2020, European Merchant Bank’s assets in Lithuania amounted to LTL 8.4 million. The bank has issued EUR 2.2 million loans, aiming to increase its loan portfolio to EUR 15 million by the end of 2020.
