Since 1st January, our member COBALT Lithuania has welcomed 4 new partners. The Lithuanian team of partners, which from now will total 14, was joined by the law firm employees with long-standing careers in the firm.
Rokas Daugėla, Head of the Tax Law Practice Group was promoted to partner and remains the Head of the Tax Law Practice Group, Mindaugas Bliuvas, Head of Prevention and Criminal Law Practice Group was promoted to partner and remains the Head of Prevention and Criminal Law Practice Group, Eva Suduiko, managing associate in the Banking and Finance Practice Group was promoted to associate partner, and Artūras Kojala, managing associate in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Group was promoted to associate partner.

Partner and Head of Prevention and Criminal Law Practice Group Mindaugas Bliuvas has 13 years of experience in the public prosecution system, in various divisions of the prosecutor’s office. For the past six years he served as a prosecutor at the Organised Crime and Corruption Investigation Division of the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office. Mindaugas has broad experience in the areas of Criminal, Criminal Procedure, Administrative and Penal Law. The attorney at law has proven his competence in representing clients in a number of high-profile cases.
Associate Partner Eva Suduiko has specialised in banking, finance, capital markets and M&A for over thirteen years. During her legal practice, Eva Suduiko has advised clients in a number of M&A transactions, international financing and security arrangements. She constantly advises both local and foreign clients on various regulatory matters, including cross-border provision of services, issue of securities and other capital and financial markets related projects.
Associate Partner Artūras Kojala brings over 13 years of experience in the areas of real estate, logistics, business development and waste management matters. Prior to joining COBALT, he practised at one of the leading law firms in the Baltics, advising major local and international companies.
