The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania is proud to present the second edition of the SCCL Mentorship Program, starting in January 2027.

Following the success of our first edition, we are once again bringing together ambitious young professionals and experienced senior leaders from Swedish and international companies in Lithuania.

The six-month program creates a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange, personal and professional development, and meaningful connections across generations and industries. Through one-to-one mentoring, participants gain new perspectives, share experiences, and build connections within the SCCL business community.

Program Highlights

  • One-to-one mentoring: Each mentee is paired with an experienced senior leader from the SCCL business community. The mentor and mentee meet approximately once a month throughout the six-month program, with the conversations shaped around the mentee’s goals and interests.
  • Kick-off & closing events: The program begins with a kick-off event in January and concludes with a closing event in June, bringing all mentors and mentees together for networking, inspiration, and shared experiences.
  • Cross-sector perspectives: Mentees get the opportunity to learn directly from leaders with diverse professional backgrounds, while mentors gain fresh perspectives and insights from the next generation of professionals.
  • A strong professional community: Beyond the individual mentor relationship, the program offers participants the opportunity to expand their network and become more connected to the SCCL community.

Program Timeline

September – December 1st: Applications are open

December: Selection and confirmation of participants

January 2027: Kick-off event (exact date TBA)

January – June 2027: One-to-one meetings between mentors and mentees, arranged individually by each pair

June 2027: Closing event (exact date TBA)

Who Can Apply?

Mentees

Young professionals aged 23–30, who are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have 1–5 years of work experience. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are committed to their personal and professional growth.

Mentors

Senior executives, leaders, and experienced professionals from SCCL member companies who are interested in sharing their experience and supporting the development of young professionals.
