Our partner European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) is ready to reveal the results of the Gender Equality Index for the European Union at the online conference on the 28th of October. The virtual conference will bring together political leaders and experts to discuss the links between health and gender equality. European Institute for Gender Equality would like you to be part of the conversation.

At the event, EIGE will update you on the status of gender equality in the EU, show what is driving progress and see which areas have the most room for improvement. They will also dive into the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as the topics of mental health and sexual and reproductive health.

Join us for the presentation of the results and a high-level political debate, followed by three parallel sessions where experts will discuss health and gender equality in-depth:

-Health impact of COVID-19
-Sexual and reproductive health and rights
-Mental health

You will also have the chance to ask our experts your questions during an interactive “ask the expert” session.
