SWEDEN’S PROGRAMME FOR NORDIC COOPERATION | Safer, greener, freer!
This year, Sweden will chair both the Nordic and NB8 (Nordic-Baltic) cooperation. According to Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Minister for Nordic Co-operation Jessika Roswall, the guiding vision of the Nordic cooperation is to be the most integrated and sustainable region in the world by 2030. As well as being a leading supporter of Ukraine in its fight against Russia’s brutal and illegal aggression.
Here are some of the key issues Sweden will focus on in these cooperation formats:
- Improving cross-border mobility and integration.
- Ensuring the region remains a leader in the green transition.
- Continuing our strong support for Ukraine and its struggle for freedom.
