Taurage Industrial Park is the most developed private family-owned industrial park in Lithuania. TIP is an attractive industrial area of more than 100 000 m² of industrial premises ready for business expansion and almost 200 000 m² of greenfield for expansion. The industrial park offers lease and sale of industrial premises.

Production, assembling and warehousing premises consist of large production halls, smaller production workshops, office buildings and premises for other purposes (changing and washing areas, canteens and etc.).  Part of industrial premises are equipped with overhead cranes, ventilation and pressed air systems.
