Members express a concern regarding the proposal for a retail turnover tax that will be tabled in the Lithuanian parliament the Seimas on 22 of October 2019. According to the draft law, traders whose monthly turnover exceeds 2 million EUR would be subject to a 1% turnover tax from the beginning of 2020.
