Responsibilities of the job:

• Manage and develop frontline relationships with the customers, assisting with analysis and advising on best financing solutions.
• Proactive sales of financing and daily banking products to business customers.
• Credit assessment, compiling credit proposals and structuring credit facilities for corporate clients.
• Monitoring the performance of contractual obligations of customers.
• Achieve revenue target, loan volume, funding volume, and other business targets.
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
• Preparation of the clients’ KYC and updating the same on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications for the job:

• University degree in Banking, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
• Has strong motivation to learn and grow.
• Have theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and financials analysis.
• Willing to enhance knowledge of lending products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
